The menu consists of traditional Emilian dishes passed down through the family over fifthy years and the cooking is characterized by a touch of delicacy and fantasy. Among the specialities of chef Monia are: “torcetti” of pore mushrooms, “tortellini”, “garganelli”, “gnocchetti” and “tortelloni”. In addition, you can have chargrilled meat and excellent desserts such as “mascarpone”, “tiramisù” and our special trifle. All the desserts are prepared daily.
Our Pizzas, tasty and rich, are baked in a wood-burning oven. Along with the classic “Margherita”, you'll find the “Napoli” and, exclusive to "La Pergola", the “Pizza Regina” with tomato, mozzarella and truffle cream.
